IMS Software Private Limited was established in 2000 AD as a Private company with the vision to carry out full IT Solutions for the businesses in Nepal. Ever since our establishment, we have been involved in developing software that helps fulfill demands of the local market, such as IRD approved IMS POS software, IMS Restaurant Software, IMS Distribution Management, IMS Petrol Pump Management, IMS Parking Management, and many more.

AIMS Academy, situated in Lagankhel, Lalitpur, Nepal, offered a comprehensive Bachelor's program in Computer Applications (BCA). Over these years, the academy provided a rigorous curriculum aimed at equipping students with the necessary knowledge and skills in computer science and its applications. Through a blend of theoretical study and practical exercises, students delved into various aspects of computer programming, software development, database management, and system analysis. The Bachelor of Computer Application program at AIMS Academy focused on preparing students for a dynamic and evolving IT industry, emphasizing problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation. With a faculty comprising experienced professionals and experts in the field, students received quality education and mentorship to thrive in their academic pursuits.

Between 2015 and 2017, Janajyoti College, located in Chandrapur, Rautahat, Nepal, offered a comprehensive Science program at the higher secondary level (+2). During this period, the college provided a conducive learning environment for students to explore various branches of science including physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics. The Science program at Janajyoti College aimed to lay a strong foundation for students aspiring to pursue further studies and careers in scientific fields. Through a combination of classroom instruction, laboratory experiments, and practical exercises, students were equipped with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills necessary to excel in their academic endeavors.

In 2015, Siddheshwor Ma.Vi located in Kavrepalanchok, Nepal, provided education at the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (S.L.C.) level under the auspices of the Government of Nepal. Siddheshwor Ma.Vi served as a crucial institution in the educational landscape of Kavrepalanchok, offering students a platform to complete their secondary education and obtain their S.L.C. certification. During this period, Siddheshwor Ma.Vi played a vital role in shaping the academic and personal development of its students. The school focused on delivering a comprehensive curriculum covering various subjects, including mathematics, science, social studies, and languages, to ensure a well-rounded education for its students.
